What To Expect From Your Fat Freezing Treatment

She is highly trained in the CoolSculpting procedure and will explain the process to you.  Together, you will discuss your goals, assess your body from different angles, and the likely results.

During your treatment, Emma will add a gel pad and applicator to the area(s) to be treated. This then delivers controlled cooling to the fatty areas.

You may feel an initially cold sensation but this usually subsides as the area goes numb.  You may also feel some pulling or mild pinching as fatty tissue is drawn into the applicator cup via a vacuum.

Following the procedure, typical side effects include redness, swelling, blanching, bruising, firmness, tingling, stinging, tenderness, cramping, aching, itching, skin sensitivity and numbness. Numbness can persist for up to several weeks. A sensation of fullness in the back of the throat may occur after double chin treatments.
